Charlie Lewis is an Associate Broker at Compass in NYC and Atlanta. “I consider myself a lifestyle real estate agent who is on a mission to educate and positively change the landscape of people’s lives, with the goal of making sure you ‘Love the Way You Live’,” Charlie explains. “This is at the heart of what I do, helping clients navigate the real estate market and finding a place to live.” Charlie earned his BBA in Finance from Howard University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. He has been featured on HGTV’s Selling New York and outlets like The New York Times. Charlie has sold more than $600 million in New York residential real estate since 2005.
Part of Charlie’s Love the Way You Live brand is The Charlie Lewis Show, a podcast where Charlie interviews experts in entertainment, marketing, and lifestyle. On his podcast, Charlie also gives advice on finances, real estate, food, the arts, travel, and culture. The point is to help people live their best lives.

Charlie joined Compass, a real estate brokerage firm, because of its innovative and advanced technology. Charlie praises Compass for its customer relationship management system, which allows agents to maintain contact with their buyers/sellers on a daily basis. “I’ve worked at several firms and Compass puts the consumer first,” Charlie says. “They are one of the few firms truly preparing for the future. We live in a digital age, and they have listened to their agents and consumers on what is needed to be a leader in the digital world.”
Charlie recently obtained his license in the Hudson Valley/Westchester area and will use his spheres of influence in New York, New Jersey, Long Island, and Atlanta for renters, buyers, sellers, and commercial clients. “I want the Charlie Lewis Team to be a household name,” Charlie says.
