“This is a simple shrimp dish that my family enjoys whenever we get together!”
Creole Garlic Shrimp

Serving Size: Feeds 4
Ingredients:
- 1 stick of butter, salted
- 20 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 Ibs of shrimp, peel on
- 10 sprigs of thyme, fresh
- 5 bay leaves, fresh
- 1 tbsp of Creole seasoning
- 2 tbsp Worchestire sauce
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1 bunch of parsley, chopped
- Salt (as needed)
Preparation:
- In a large saute pan, add butter on medium high heat.
- Add garlic and saute for 5 minutes, until fragrant.
- Add shrimp, thyme, bay leaf, Creole seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cook for 8 minutes, flipping constantly or until cooked.
- Finish with lemon juice, chopped parsley, and salt.
- Serve with French bread.
